3. Payment Terms

  • Full payment upfront
  • 50% upfront, 50% upon completion
  • Monthly payment plans (for qualifying projects)
4. SMS/Text Messaging Terms (A2P)

By providing your phone number and using our services, you agree to the following SMS messaging terms:

  • Consent: You expressly consent to receive automated text messages from SitesNApps
  • Message Types: Messages may include project updates, appointment reminders, service notifications, and promotional content
  • Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service package and communication preferences
  • Opt-Out: Reply “STOP” to any message to unsubscribe. Reply “HELP” for assistance
  • Carrier Charges: Standard message and data rates apply as determined by your wireless carrier
  • Supported Carriers: We support major U.S. carriers including Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, and Sprint
  • Disclaimer: SitesNApps is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues, network congestion, or device compatibility.
5. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates based on project scope and complexity. Delays may occur due to client feedback cycles, content provision, or technical complexities.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of their website content and branding materials. SitesNApps retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.

7. Limitation of Liability

SitesNApps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
